1. Welcome to Lux Travely

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lux Travely platform, including our website, mobile applications, and premium ground-transportation services (collectively, the "Service"). By booking a ride, creating an account, or otherwise using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Lux Travely LLC ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
  • One person may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.

3. Booking & Service Standards

When you request a ride through the Lux Travely platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the transportation provider ("Driver Partner"). Lux Travely acts as a technology intermediary facilitating the connection between passengers and Driver Partners.

  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation via the app or email, including your assigned Driver Partner and vehicle details.
  • Punctuality: Our Driver Partners commit to arriving within the scheduled window. A complimentary 15-minute grace period is provided for airport pickups.
  • Vehicle Standards: All vehicles in the Lux Travely fleet are model year 2020 or newer, professionally maintained, and equipped with premium amenities including bottled water, phone chargers, and climate-controlled interiors.
  • Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to treat Driver Partners and vehicles with respect. Excessive damage to a vehicle may result in a cleaning or repair surcharge.

4. Pricing & Payment

All fares are calculated based on the distance, duration, vehicle class, and any applicable surcharges (e.g., tolls, airport fees, peak-hour adjustments). The estimated fare is shown before you confirm your booking.

  • Payment is processed securely through our platform using your stored payment method (credit/debit card or approved corporate billing).
  • Receipts are emailed automatically after each completed ride and are also available in your ride history.
  • Gratuities are optional and may be added in-app after your ride is complete.
  • If a fare dispute arises, please contact our support team within 7 days of the ride.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lux Travely platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and trade dress — is the exclusive property of Lux Travely LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lux Travely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lux Travely during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before arbitration or litigation.
